Terms, privacy, and billing policies.

DataPlay.ai is a product decision system that helps teams find missing signals, pressure-test product bets, and turn approved ideas into delivery-ready docs.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity per account.

Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly at $20/month. Subscriptions auto-renew each month until canceled. All fees are in USD. We use Stripe to process payments and we never store your payment card details directly.

Free accounts receive 30 AI credits per month. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with 30 days notice.

Outputs generated by the Service (problems, evidence, solutions, documents) are AI-assisted and should be reviewed before use. You own the content you create using the Service. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any laws.
• Transmit malicious code.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Resell access without permission.

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataPlay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Account information: name, email address, and profile image.
• Product data you enter: business context, problem descriptions, evidence, solutions, documents.
• Usage data: actions performed, credit consumption, timestamps, and referral parameters.
• Analytics and replay metadata: page views, CTA interactions, browser metadata, and masked session replay data.

• To operate the Service and process your AI requests.
• To manage your account and subscription.
• To measure acquisition, activation, and product usage so we can improve the Service.

When you sign in with Google, DataPlay.ai receives basic profile information including your name, email address, and profile image. This data is used solely for authentication, account access, and providing the Service. Google user data is not sold and is not used for advertising purposes.

Your data is processed by:

• Google: OAuth sign-in and identity verification.
• Anthropic (Claude API): AI analysis and content generation.
• PostHog: Product analytics, conversion tracking, and masked session replay.
• Supabase: Database and authentication.
• Stripe: Payment processing.
• Serper: Web search queries during research.

Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security ensuring strict per-user isolation. All connections use HTTPS/TLS.

Your data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed.

You may request export or deletion of your data by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.

We use cookies and local storage for authentication, analytics, and masked session replay. These technologies help us understand product usage and improve the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Account Settings > Plan & Billing. When you cancel:

• Your Pro plan remains active until the end of your current billing period.
• After that, your account reverts to the Free tier (30 credits/month).
• Your data is preserved. Nothing is deleted.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of an initial subscription or a renewal charge are eligible for a full refund of that charge.
• After 48 hours, no refunds are issued. Your access continues through the end of the billing period.

Unused credits do not roll over. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
